Random Winner Picker

Enter a list of entries — names, ticket numbers, anything — and pick a random winner. Turn on “remove winner” to run a multi-prize draw from the same list.

How to play

Add one entry per line into the list.

Press Pick Winner to randomly select one entry and reveal it as the winner.

With Remove winner after pick turned on, the selected winner is taken out of the pool so the next pick always comes from the remaining entries — useful for drawing several prizes in a row.

With that option off, the same entry can be picked again on a future draw, useful for a repeatable daily pick.

Tips

  • If your list has duplicate names for different people, add a distinguishing detail so the winner announcement is unambiguous.
  • For a visual, spinning presentation instead of an instant reveal, try Wheel of Names, which uses the same remove-the-winner idea with a different animation.
  • Keep a copy of your entry list outside GenioBuzz if you'll need it again — it isn't saved between visits.

Frequently asked questions

Can I draw multiple winners from the same list?

Yes — turn on Remove winner after pick and draw again as many times as you like.

What happens with duplicate names?

Duplicates are treated as separate entries unless you remove them yourself before picking.

Is this suitable for a legally regulated sweepstakes?

This is a casual browser-based picker for everyday use, not a certified tool for regulated drawings or contests with legal requirements.
